Job summary

Komatsu Mining Corp. seeks a Regional Commercial Manager to oversee OEM EDT sales in the assigned territories.

You will lead quotations, pricing, forecasting, and commercial risk management while ensuring profitable growth and adherence to company policies. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Management, and Sales to optimize equipment specs, production slots, and delivery objectives, and maintain Salesforce data accuracy to support insight-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of Commercial or Sales experience in related industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with distributors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management activities for OEM sales within assigned territories, ensuring profitability targets.
• Develop quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial recommendations to support profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Product Management, and Sales to optimize specifications and build schedules.
• Coordinate and process new equipment orders from quotation through order fulfillment.
• Review and validate purchase orders and related documentation to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.
• Support forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning to achieve regional growth.
