Komatsu Mining Corp. is seeking a Supply Chain Resilience Manager to lead risk assessment and mitigation for Electric Drive Truck production and aftermarket support.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams to develop qualified sourcing alternatives and ensure readiness from assessment through production. The role requires deep experience in supply chain, supplier development, and continuity planning, with a focus on single-source exposure, lead times, and disruption recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Eight or more years in supply chain, sourcing, or related operations.
• Experience identifying and mitigating supplier continuity risks.
• Experience developing alternate sources and qualifying suppliers.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, first-article inspection, corrective action, supplier audits, and change-control practices.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the supply-chain resilience strategy for critical components and suppliers.
• Establish a process for identifying, scoring, prioritizing, and reporting supply risks.
• Maintain the supply risk register with mitigation actions, owners, and deadlines.
• Identify single-source, capacity, tooling, and lead-time exposures.
• Develop contingency and continuity plans for high-risk components and suppliers.
• Lead cross-functional response and recovery during disruptions.
• Develop alternate- and dual-source qualification roadmaps with Sourcing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Coordinate supplier readiness activities and production ramp planning.
• Ensure mitigations align with APQP/PPAP and first-article inspections.
