Job summary

Penn Aluminum International LLC, a Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway company, is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager. This remote role involves up to 80% travel across the USA to drive demand for Rigid Aluminum Conduit and EMT products.

You will lead regional sales efforts, build high-level relationships, and coordinate with the Penn Aluminum Conduit & EMT team to achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in commercial sales with electrical contractors, strong presentation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling to electrical contractors and key stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills for audiences of various sizes.
• Ability to support project specifications and submittals.
• Mechanical/technical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the U.S. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create market acceptance and demand for Rigid Aluminum Conduit and EMT products.
• Build relationships with electrical contractors, distributors, and design firms.
• Provide direction to regional sales agents to hit commercial objectives.
• Support specification variance requests and product takeoffs.
• Collaborate with management, customer service and manufacturing teams.
