Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Market Manager for Kentucky East Market, overseeing 11 locations and driving WOW customer experiences and profitability. The role requires leadership of location General Managers, mentoring staff, and ensuring SOP adherence to deliver top service.

You will recruit, train, and develop teams, collaborate with corporate for growth, track location performance, and maintain safety and strong insurer/dealer relationships to sustain exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in collision repair industry
• Minimum three years of management
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred
• Estimating license if applicable in the state
• Ability to read and understand financial statements
• Extensive estimating experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed across all locations
• Coordinate with General Managers to manage market activities
• Hold staff accountable to SOPs and performance standards
• Recruit, interview, train new hires and coach staff
• Develop external marketing and team-building activities
• Promote safe working conditions and enforce safety policies
• Work with corporate to drive market growth and reporting
• Review performance with location managers and coach for target attainment
• Liaise with area insurance contacts and referral points for client responsiveness
