Gerber Collision & Glass in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Market Manager for the Kentucky East Market, supporting 11 locations. The Market Manager will lead operations, develop internal and external relationships, and drive profitability while ensuring WOW standards.

You will mentor General Managers, manage staff, review location performance, and partner with insurance contacts to grow the market.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in the collision repair industry.
• Minimum three years of management experience.
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred; estimating license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of multiple locations within the Kentucky East Market.
• Lead and mentor location General Managers.
• Monitor performance against market goals and coach staff.
• Recruit, interview and train new hires.
• Drive customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Coordinate with corporate staff and insurance partners.
