Gerber Collision & Glass in the United States is seeking a Market Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations within a defined market. The role focuses on leadership, internal and external development, and profitability, while ensuring WOW customer service across all stores.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in collision repair and three years in management, with ICAR Platinum certification preferred and an estimating license if applicable in the state.

Qualificações

• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Extensive estimating experience.
• Experience managing multiple locations and teams is preferred.
• ICAR Platinum certification is preferred or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure WOW plan execution across all locations.
• Coordinate with General Managers to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Coach staff on SOPs and performance, and address customer concerns.
• Lead daily market load leveling and regular communication with location managers.
• Recruit, interview, and train new hires; participate in external marketing activities as needed.
• Promote safe, clean working conditions and enforce safety policies.
• Engage with area insurance contacts and referrals to grow the market.
• Review location performance against goals and provide coaching to maximize potential.
