You will mentor General Managers, ensure adherence to WOW standards, and drive customer satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic coordination.

The role requires experience in collision repair leadership, ability to recruit and train staff, and collaboration with corporate teams to meet market objectives.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand financial statements.
• Extensive estimating experience.
• Recruit, interview, train new hires as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent WOW plan execution across locations.
• Coordinate market activities with location GMs and track performance.
• Hold staff accountable to SOPs and safety policies.
• Conduct monthly location reviews and audits with managers.
• Engage with claims managers and dealer accounts regularly.
• Collaborate with corporate to drive external growth and reporting.
