Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Market Manager to oversee 11 locations in Kentucky East Market. The role requires leadership of location teams, development of internal processes, and strong customer-focused operations to drive profitability.

The candidate should have at least five years in collision repair and three years in management, with ICAR Platinum certification preferred and an estimating license if applicable in the state.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years collision repair industry experience.
• Minimum of three years of management experience.
• ICAR Platinum certification preferred.
• Estimating license if applicable in the state.

Responsabilités

• Ensure WOW plan is executed across all locations in the market.
• Coordinate with General Managers to oversee multiple locations.
• Hold staff accountable to SOPs and safety policies.
• Recruit, interview, and train new hires; coach staff on customer satisfaction.
• Lead external marketing and team-building activities as requested.
• Promote safe, clean working conditions and enforce PPE usage.
• Collaborate with corporate to support market growth and reporting.
• Review location performance with managers and coach for potential.
• Maintain regular liaison with insurance contacts and referral points.
