Ryder System, Inc. in Madison, WI is seeking a Regional Collections Associate to manage a regional portfolio of accounts and maximize financial results by reducing DRO and delinquencies.

You will coordinate with Operations Leadership, Sales, and Rental teams to resolve disputes and enforce terms. Responsibilities include contacting customers, analyzing deductions, updating leadership on receivables, and contributing to process improvements in Collections and Accounts Receivable.

Competenze

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, financial or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in commercial collections; 2+ years in accounting/financial with HS diploma; 0–1 year with Associate's/Bachelor's.
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial collections process (intermediate); MS Office Suite (intermediate).

Mansioni

• Contacts customers to solicit payment and negotiate cessation of services; determine contract defaults.
• Analyze disputes/deductions and identify root causes to resolve amounts due.
• Provide regular updates on receivables to Finance, Operations, Sales, and Rental leadership.
• Participate in projects/committees related to Collections, AR, Customer Service, and Billing.
