Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Regional Collections Associate to manage a regional portfolio of accounts. You will aim to reduce Days Revenue Outstanding (DRO) and delinquency, while coordinating with Operations, Rental, and Sales leadership to resolve disputes and minimize bad debt.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• One year or more in commercial collections required.
• Two years or more in accounting/financial with H.S. Diploma required.

Responsabilités

• Contacts customers to solicit payment and negotiates cessation of services.
• Analyzes disputes and deductions to resolve amounts due.
• Provide regular updates on receivables to leadership.
• Participates in projects related to collections and billing.
