You will coordinate with Operations, Rentals, and Sales to resolve disputes and enforce terms, supporting the finance team through regular updates and strategic actions. Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred in business, accounting, financial or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, accounting, financial or related field.
• One year or more in commercial collections required.
• MS Office Suite intermediate required.

Responsibilities

• Contacts customers to solicit payment and negotiates cessation of services.
• Analyzes disputes and deductions to resolve amounts due, identifying root causes.
• Provides regular receivables updates to Finance, Operations, Sales, and Rental leadership.
• Participates in projects or committees related to Collections, AR, Customer Service, and Billing.
• Develops documentation and user manuals as directed.
• Mitigates losses, improves receivables metrics, and preserves customer relationships.
