Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Regional Collections Associate to manage a regional portfolio, driving down DRO and delinquency while protecting financial interests. You will coordinate with Operations, Rental, and Sales leaders to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED is required; higher degrees are preferred.
• Commercial collections experience is required; prior related roles are advantageous.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to analyze financial data.

Responsibilities

• Contacts customers to solicit payment and negotiates cessation of services.
• Analyzes disputes and deductions to resolve amounts due to Ryder.
• Provides regular receivables updates to leadership via conference calls and reports.
• Participates in projects related to enhancements in Collections, AR, and Billing.
• Develops documentation and user manuals as directed.
