Superior Auto, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Regional Account Manager / Collections Leader who will coach dealership teams, drive stronger collection results, and strengthen account performance across multiple locations.

This field‑based role includes paid 3–6 month training, occasional overnight travel, and a company vehicle with fuel support for territory travel. You will travel daily to dealerships to lead teams, develop proactive strategies, and guide payment plan decisions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leadership experience.
• Experience in collections, finance, or automotive is a strong advantage.
• Clear communication, strong follow‑through, and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Ability to analyze reports to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to dealerships daily to coach, support, and motivate dealership teams to deliver strong collection results.
• Build customer‑focused strategies that protect account performance and support long‑term relationships.
• Guide payment plan and repossession decisions with sound judgment and consistency.
• Train and mentor teams on policies, best practices, and compliance expectations.
• Use reports, trends, and field observations to identify opportunities and keep performance moving forward.
