Superior Auto, Inc. is seeking a Regional Accounts Manager / Collections Leader to coach dealership teams, strengthen account performance, and drive results across multiple locations.

This field-based role includes paid 3–6 month training and a company vehicle with fuel support for territory travel. The position offers a base salary of $45,000–$50,000 with an incentive program up to $640 monthly based on regional results, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in collections, finance, or automotive is a strong advantage.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Organizational skills with ability to use reports and systems to guide decisions.

Responsibilities
