Job summary

Gosiger in Central Los Angeles seeks an experienced Machine Tool Sales professional to drive revenue and provide value-added services to existing customers and prospects. You will manage territory, perform needs assessments, and present Gosiger solutions to meet customer demands.

The role requires strong consultative selling skills, a mechanical aptitude, and the ability to travel as needed to support customers and build relationships across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years in consultative machine tool sales.
• Strong mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Superior interpersonal communication and relationship-building.
• Project management and time management experience.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard software.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage territory; allocate daily face-to-face time with customers.
• Meet or exceed annual revenue and profit margins.
• Perform phone prospecting and client follow-ups.
• Conduct needs assessments and present Gosiger solutions.
• Maintain Gosiger CRM data and provide sales forecasts.
• Coordinate schedules and project milestones; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Train and support team members as needed.
