Job summary

Urology Clinics of North Texas is seeking a Regional Corporate Clinical Trainer to deliver high-quality clinical training across UCNT locations in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires travel within the region to onboard, validate competencies, and support staff development.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Training, and HR to ensure consistent training practices, EMR updates, and adherence to patient-safety standards across all sites.

Qualifications

• Current CMA credential or active Texas LVN/LPN license.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to travel regularly within the DFW region.
• Experience with EMR workflows and clinical documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, orientation, and skills training for clinical staff.
• Conduct annual retraining, refreshers, and competency assessments.
• Deliver on-site coaching and real-time skills observation.
• Update training resources, manuals, and competency documents.
• Ensure training compliance with UCNT policies and regulatory standards.
