Job summary

Urology Clinics of North Texas in Dallas–Fort Worth is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee operations across multiple clinic sites, guiding clinical and business functions with a focus on quality patient care.

You'll partner with physicians and site leaders, develop Clinic Managers, manage budgets and revenue cycle performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive patient access and satisfaction through streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive healthcare management experience, including multi-site leadership.
• CMPE certification preferred.
• Experience in specialty or surgical practice preferred; urology a plus.
• Strong budgeting and revenue cycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across multiple locations and standardize workflows and service expectations.
• Hire, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and site leads; manage staffing across sites.
• Develop and manage operating budgets; monitor performance and variances.
• Oversee revenue cycle in partnership with Billing: charge capture, collections, A/R, and denials.
• Ensure HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Improve patient access and satisfaction through scheduling and workflow improvements.
