Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center is seeking a Trainer, Clinical Development (LVN) to mentor MAs, LVNs, and RNs across clinical departments. The role trains staff on clinical workflows, CLIA/lab procedures, vaccine administration, infection prevention, and Epic system usage.

Based in Union City, CA, this full-time position travels frequently to TVHC sites, develops training materials, coordinates training for nurses, and supports ongoing professional development under the Associate Director of

Qualifications

• Public speaking and facilitation skills.
• Ability to design engaging training materials.
• Experience handling adult learning and diverse learners.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and training platforms.

Responsibilities

• Trains MAs and LVNs on clinical competencies, workflows, CLIA procedures, vaccine administration, infection prevention, and TVHC systems.
• Coordinates and facilitates RN training for RN-specific competencies and cross-functional workflows.
• Creates and updates training materials including SOPs and curricula.
• Ensures staff are trained, signed off, and current with competency requirements.
