CVS Health is seeking a Region Coordinator to manage scheduling for Minute Clinics, ensuring 40-hour coverage and alignment with market needs across multiple regions. The role requires coordinating clinical and non-clinical staff while monitoring overtime and budget compliance.

The ideal candidate will excel in scheduling tools, work well with leadership, and maintain accurate staffing profiles in scheduling systems.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in scheduling.
• Experience with scheduling clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Ability to navigate multiple scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support a full-time 40-hour schedule (M-F) with 6 AM–6 PM hours.
• Schedule and coordinate work schedules for Providers and staff across regions/states.
• Schedule markets with rotating schedules and support on-call duties and replacements.
• Schedule according to policies, timetables, and budgets; generate relevant reports.
• Ensure staffing hours meet minimum requirements; monitor OT and non-clinical hours.
• Coordinate with market leadership to fill open shifts with minimal overtime.
• Forecast staffing needs based on seasonality and staffing models.
• Maintain provider/ancillary staff profiles and update scheduling systems.
