Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Regional Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) to partner with clinical leaders across Tennessee facilities. You will guide staffs, mentor Directors of Nursing, and ensure high resident outcomes while traveling frequently between facilities, including out-of-state visits.

The role requires a strong background in long-term care, regulatory knowledge, and leadership. Travel and cross-site collaboration are essential components of this position.

Qualifications

• Must hold current TN RN license.
• Minimum 4 years as Director of Nursing in skilled nursing.
• Minimum 2 years in Clinical Resource or similar role.
• Strong CMS and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and support to care teams across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians on patient care plans.
• Conduct facility-based audits and quality assessments; implement improvements.
• Lead staff training and guide facility DONs and clinical teams.
