Sweetwater Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Resource Nurse (RN) in California to partner with clinical leaders across four facilities in the Central Valley and Tulare area. The role demands frequent travel (75%) among facilities and out-of-state, with constant presence on-site and no remote work.

The Clinical Resource will oversee clinical operations, train DONs and nursing managers, and support surveys while driving quality, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN license in California.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Infection Preventionist certification (optional).
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Conducts on-site reviews of clinical operations, medical records and staff performance.
• Reviews facility clinical activities and collaborates on root-cause analyses and action plans.
• Educates facility staff in clinical and regulatory issues and facility policies.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to Directors of Nursing and Nursing Department managers.
