Cherry Health is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a clinical location, ensuring staffing, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving productivity. You will partner with medical leadership to optimize clinic operations and service delivery, coach staff, and manage budgets.

Qualified candidates hold an RN license in Michigan with 5+ years of ambulatory management experience, preferably in family practice and high-need settings.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of management experience in an ambulatory care setting.
• Experience with family practice, managed care, high-need populations, government funding, and multiple sites.
• Experience with quality improvement management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and management skills to foster high performance.
• Model and communicate values to support Cherry Health's mission.
• Create staff schedules and assignments based on workload.
• Review risk management and address health and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with medical leadership to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Provide coaching and supervise staff to develop competencies.
• Assist in budgeting for departments/programs.
• Conduct QA activities and communicate updates to staff.
