Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills demonstrated in a patient care setting.
• Experience coordinating ambulatory care and multi-provider teams is preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff scheduling and assignments to meet workload efficiently.
• Model and communicate organizational values to support the mission.
• Review risk management and address health and safety concerns at the location.
• Coordinate with medical leadership to drive productivity and clinic operations.
• Provide coaching to site staff and supervise training and performance assessments.
• Assist in developing and monitoring department budgets and program initiatives.
• Plan emergency preparedness and coordinate cross-functional planning for patient care.
