You will manage on-site teams of up to 50, drive client satisfaction, optimize processes, and contribute to business development and strategic account planning. A Bachelor's degree and strong financial acumen are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3+ years in service operations management or client relations in a high-performance, client-facing environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs to deliver tailored service solutions and exceed expectations.
• Direct and indirect leadership of on-site teams up to 50 employees.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Lead continuous process improvement and support expansion opportunities.
