Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Regional Client Relations Manager to oversee client relationships, regional operations leadership, and financial oversight across client sites.

You will lead on-site teams up to 50 employees, ensure SLA compliance, and drive growth through service excellence and proactive account planning.

This exempt role reports to the Client Relations Director and offers a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in service operations leadership.
• Minimum 3+ years in client relations or similar leadership roles.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients and drive satisfaction and retention.
• Lead on-site operational teams up to 50 employees to meet SLAs.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and billing to drive financial performance.
