• Bachelor’s degree in business, advertising, media, marketing, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in media planning, advertising operations, or campaign management.
• Experience in deadline-driven, cross-functional environments.
• Strong Excel/PowerPoint abilities and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven sales proposals with stakeholders to align with client objectives.
• Apply pricing guidance to proposals while meeting client needs.
• Own end-to-end campaign workflow from routing to contract readiness.
• Coordinate with local markets to secure inventory and validate plans.
• Oversee post-sale execution, including fulfillment and SLAs.
• Communicate revisions and updates to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor delivery and performance using post-campaign reports.
• Act as a client-facing partner to support engagement and service quality.
