Job summary

Ricoh Company, Ltd. is seeking a Region Client Executive to manage a portfolio of up to five key accounts and drive strategic growth.

You will collaborate with the Partner Executive and Industry Strategist to align account plans with industry objectives and Ricoh’s value proposition. You will engage senior executives, develop long-range roadmaps, and coordinate internal teams to deliver innovative solutions while meeting revenue and gross profit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record growing service-based business and client relationships with Fortune 1000 organizations.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand relationships with Senior Vice President-level and other executive stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of clients' business challenges and strategic priorities through engagement.
• Lead the account-level business planning process in partnership with clients.
