Job summary

Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a Local/Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join a safety‑conscious team in Chattanooga, TN. This hourly position offers weekly home time with miles of 1800–2000 per week and an hourly rate of $27.00.

The role includes driving, loading/unloading hazardous waste as required, and adhering to DOT regulations. We offer health benefits after 30 days, a 401K with company match, and opportunities for training and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
• Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

Clean Harbors is looking for a Local/Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Chattanooga, TN. to Greenbrier, TN . Local/Regional hourly paid driver with twice a week home of closed by Chattanooga else every weekend home. Miles - 1800-2000 per week, hourly rate $27.00

• Drivers average $80-$110K per year
• $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
• Weekly home time
• Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay
