Clean Harbors, Inc. is seeking a LocaClass A Tanker Driver to join a safety‑conscious team in Greenbrier, TN. The route runs from Greenbrier to Nashville and averages 55 hours per week. The role offers a $90,000–$120,000 annual pay range with a $7,500 sign‑on bonus and weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum of 12 months of Class A driving experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsements.
• Proficiency with mobile applications and basic computer software.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and pulmonary function test (PFT).
• Employees must be clean-shaven or maintain a mustache only to ensure a proper respirator seal.
• Ability to climb and work from heights.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs or more.
• 3 months or more of tanker experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority and follows safe work practices.
• Operates tractor trailer tanker units.
• Adheres to weight limits and proper unit utilization.
• Loads and unloads hazardous/non-hazardous waste and secures loads.
• Places placards per DOT requirements.
• Keeps daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, and vehicle inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
• Operates tractor trailer tanker units
• Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
• Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
• Placards vehicle in accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
• Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports

QUALIFICATIONS
