Performance Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Regional Claims Liaison for its operations in Lenexa, KS. This role manages the internal auto and general liability claims process, coordinating with TPAs, attorneys, and branch operations to drive timely, cost-effective resolutions.

You will report to the Manager, Risk & Insurance Claims and collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Legal, HR, and Fleet teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of insurance experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of civil litigation process.
• Willingness to adapt and learn.
• Multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Diligently manage all aspects of assigned claims from first report through claim closure.
• Direct investigation and resolution strategy with branch operations and vendor partners.
• Build strong relationships with branch operations.
• Expand vendor partner relationships to achieve best-in-class results.
• Cross-train in other lines of coverage and multi-state jurisdictions.
• Maintain a paperless claim file in Origami Risk with well documented notes.
• Provide in-person and virtual training on best practices to branch and field operations.
