Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of experience in complex claims, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of liability investigations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience adjusting complex liability/casualty claims.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in subrogation, fraud investigation, or property damage estimating is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle unrepresented, represented and litigated property and personal liability claims from start-to-finish.
• Investigate loss details to determine liability and make coverage decisions.
• Deliver best-in-class service with proactive communication to insureds, claimants and witnesses.
