Job summary

• Experience across multiple US jurisdictions.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a caseload of high-value liability claims across the United States.
• Coordinate coverage referrals and compliance with TPAs and internal teams.
• Oversee TPAs in major claim handling phases: coverage, investigation, evaluation, reserving, recovery, resolution.
• Provide guidance to TPA adjusters on all claim phases and outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners to align claim strategy and optimize outcomes.
• Engage internal claim resources to mitigate claim expense and improve results.
• Perform Claim Account Management and participate in TPA audits.
• Share claim experience, trends, and metrics with stakeholders.
