Qualifications

• Lead and grow regional civil engineering practices with accountability for client service, team performance, financials, quality, and growth.
• Develop regional practice strategies aligned with business objectives and client priorities.
• Strengthen local brand recognition and regional market presence in priority markets.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
• Mentor and develop high-performing regional teams across offices and disciplines.
• Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen client relationships by understanding needs and delivering value.
