Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience including client relationships and program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow regional civil engineering practices across the West Region with accountability for client service and financial performance.
• Develop and execute regional practice strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen local brand and regional market presence in priority office markets.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets for long-term regional success.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing regional teams across offices and disciplines.
