Job summary
Lane Enterprises is seeking a Regional Engineer to serve as the technical expert on Lane drainage products, supporting engineers, agencies, contractors, and sales teams across Northern Virginia, Richmond, Tidewater, Maryland, and parts of NE North Carolina. The role offers hybrid work, regional travel, and a path to ESOP and profit-sharing bonuses.
The engineer will educate installers, identify opportunities, and coordinate product approvals while ensuring superior technical support and customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 3+ years in related field or sales preferred.
Responsibilities
- Expand usage criteria for Lane drainage products with engineers/agencies.
- Improve technical knowledge of Lane products with Sales reps.
- Instruct contractors on proper installation methods and corrective actions.
- Identify new business opportunities for Lane products.
- Evaluate potential new products for compatibility with Lane offerings.
- Lead approvals for product inclusion in projects and with design firms.
