Lane Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Regional Engineer to be the technical expert on Lane products for agencies, engineers, contractors and customers across Northern Virginia, Richmond, Tidewater, Maryland and NE North Carolina. The role combines travel with remote work.

The position promotes products, trains sales teams, guides installations, identifies opportunities and supports engineering design efforts. A PE and a engineering degree are required, plus 3+ years of civil/stormwater experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• 3+ years’ experience in civil engineering, stormwater, or related field (or sales).
• Previous civil engineering and stormwater experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Work with engineers and agencies to expand usage criteria for Lane’s drainage products.
• Support Lane’s Sales reps with technical knowledge and guidance for product promotion.
• Instruct contractors on proper installation methods and corrective actions.
• Identify new business opportunities and applications for Lane’s current products.
• Evaluate potential new products for compatibility with Lane’s products and manufacturing capabilities.
• Lead approvals and submissions for Lane’s products in project applications and with design firms.
• Participate in planning and presenting at sales meetings.
• Assist in developing brochures and materials to promote Lane products.
• Identify potential new sales reps and regional engineers and assist in recruitment.
• Provide technical assistance within the company as needed.
