Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager - MIA. The role drives Lean/CI initiatives across the Miami station, partnering with the CI Director and operations teams to deliver accelerated performance and value-stream transformations.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years in Lean/CI with Green Belt certification preferred, strong coaching ability, and the capacity to lead cross-functional teams across facilities. Occasional travel (<10%) is required, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or an equivalent level of experience.
• Ability to interact with and coach individuals at various levels.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Extremely high level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Experience working with multiple facilities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Be a liaison to the CI Director for the station.
• Train, coach and facilitate Lean/Continuous Improvement concepts and principles (e.g., Toyota Kata, MDI, A3 Thinking, PDCA).
• Develop transformation plans based on value-stream thinking.
• Develop Strategic Projects for the facility and CI transformation plan to deliver business goals.
• Participate in CI meetings at appropriate levels.
• Coach teams in CI process and problem solving.
• Champion Safety Excellence by complying with safety rules and driving CI thinking.
• Provide Lean/CI training and coaching to salaried and hourly employees.
• Identify barriers to Lean/CI success and develop overcome strategies.
• Measure and document impact of process improvements on business results.
• Support deployment of the WFS Value System in acquired companies.
