Job summary

Job Juncture seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager for its Gainesville, FL plant. The role leads Lean Six Sigma deployment, trains site personnel, and manages a portfolio of CI projects focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

You will coach teams and drive a culture of ongoing improvement across the site. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a chemical/process manufacturing setting with Black Belt or higher and strong change-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related).
• Lean Six Sigma Certification: Minimum Black Belt; Master Black Belt preferred.
• 5+ years in a chemical process or manufacturing environment with CI leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and CI methodologies.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data analysis proficiency.
• Exceptional influencing, coaching and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and drive change in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean Six Sigma deployment and sustainment at the site, aligned with goals.
• Deliver and coordinate foundational Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow/Green Belt) for site personnel.
• Identify, prioritize and manage a CI project portfolio with measurable outcomes.
• Coach teams and individuals in Lean Six Sigma tools and problem-solving.
• Engage stakeholders to drive buy-in and embed a CI culture site-wide.
• Track, report CI metrics and site performance improvements.
