Job summary

NFI Industries seeks a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to serve as the Lean coach and facilitator for the ONE Program and CI initiatives across the network. You will lead 3-day Lean events, train leaders and frontline teams, and ensure sustainment of gains through Lean and CI practices.

You will partner with Regional Operations Leadership and Engineering to identify opportunities, run hands-on shop-floor workshops, and track progress through the Lean Transformation Plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading continuous improvement or Kaizen events in manufacturing, distribution, or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (House of Lean, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Gemba Walks, Kaizen).
• Proven facilitation and training experience across diverse audiences.
• Analytical capability to translate metrics into structured improvement plans.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate 3-day ONE Program Lean events.
• Deliver engaging classroom and shop-floor Lean training to leadership and frontline teams.
• Conduct Gemba walks and Affinity Mapping sessions to synthesize findings.
• Guide cross-functional teams to prioritize opportunities and develop solutions.
• Create Lean Transformation Plans during events for post-event savings.
• Coach site leadership to sustain daily Lean behaviors and improvements.
