Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead CI initiatives within the facility, reporting to Operational Excellence. The role focuses on process oversight, coaching, training and quantifying improvements across cargo, ramp handling, and other services.

The position requires collaboration with management, execution of Lean Six Sigma projects, and the ability to measure outcomes while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or operations.
• Experience leading CI projects from inception to completion with measurable results.
• Proficiency with CI tools (5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis).
• MS Office; data visualization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility management to identify operational challenges and propose improvements.
• Lead CI projects using Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and other tools.
• Develop and execute plans to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Measure outcomes and report KPI progress to stakeholders.
