Job summary

Bodycote is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to champion operational excellence across manufacturing sites. The role drives Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, reducing waste and costs while improving productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will train leaders, lead Kaizen events, and coordinate with the VP of Operations to execute a strategic CI roadmap. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years Lean experience, Lean/Six Sigma certifications, strong leadership, and

Qualifications

• Must satisfy ITAR compliance; U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or a comparable field.
• Minimum 2–4 years Lean experience or training; Six Sigma/Lean certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/Operational Excellence; problem solving tools.
• Demonstrated lean management experience and ability to teach/coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement projects (Kaizen events) aligned to strategic targets.
• Drive Lean transformation to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Train and coach managers and employees in Lean principles.
• Collaborate with site leaders to sustain a culture of continuous improvement.
• Coach site leaders to implement lean practices and growth initiatives.
• Perform Gemba walks and evaluate improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute a Kaizen roadmap with KPI targets.
• Ensure standard CI practices and templates are applied consistently.
