Job summary

Compass Group USA's Eurest division seeks a Regional Chef (Corporate Dining) in the greater Cincinnati, OH area. You will lead culinary programs, design concepts, and roll out new menus across national accounts, ensuring quality and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership in large-volume environments, multi-unit management, and travel across the United States to support client needs along with Serv-Safe certification and a Culinary Arts degree.

Qualifications

• Five years of progressive food service production management experience.
• Multi-unit experience preferred.
• Must be computer literate able to utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Webtrition Software packages.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and support new food concepts or programs.
• Research, test, develop, document, train, implement and monitor innovative dishes and programs.
• Lead culinary standards and cost reduction across multiple locations.
• Coach and develop culinary personnel within the territory.
• Support new account openings and renovations within the territory.
