Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Regional Chef (Corporate Dining) for the Cincinnati, OH area. You will lead culinary programs across national accounts, drive concept development, menu creation, and cost-control initiatives, and collaborate with senior culinary leadership to implement new dishes and standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large-scale culinary environments, with a track record in training, development, and coaching across multiple locations, and is prepared to travel across

Qualifications

Five years of progressive food service production management experience.
Previous multi-unit foodservice experience preferred.
Serv-Safe Certification required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Webtrition Software.
This role requires 75% travel.

Responsibilities

Orientates new Chefs within Core Culinary Standards and established food programs.
Maintains all Culinary Programs and Standards to the level of Culinary Center for Excellence.
Supports new account openings and renovations within the territory.
Provides Culinary Leadership to Chefs within the territory.
Assists with training, coaching, and development of Culinary personnel.
Completes reports, logs, and Core Culinary Reviews in a timely manner.
Communicates with Corporate Executive Chef, Regional Director of Operations, and Chefs via email, calls, etc.
