Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Regional Director for Community Health Centers to lead growth across the Eastern U.S. This consultative sales role targets CHCs, engages CHC-focused GPOs, and partners with health system leaders to expand McKesson's presence.

The position requires navigating executive-level opportunities, negotiating complex contracts, and delivering long-term strategic value to CHCs and McKesson. Up to 50% travel and a comprehensive compensation package accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant healthcare sales or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to build executive relationships and negotiate with C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth across CHC accounts and prospects.
• Build executive relationships with CHC executives (CEOs, COOs, CFOs).
• Strengthen GPO and partner relationships to maximize contract value.
• Deliver business performance through reviews, margins and utilization data.
• Collaborate across teams to execute growth strategies.
