Verkada, located in San Mateo, is looking for a Channel Sales Manager to develop and manage a network of reseller partners. You will play a crucial role in driving new business and scaling Verkada's reach in Northern California.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years channel sales experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally. The role requires approximately 50% travel, including to the Greater Bay Area.

Verkada offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 to $220,000, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of channel sales or partner management experience.
• Strong track record of building new business via Security Integrators or IT VAR partners.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate pipeline through strategic reseller partners.
• Develop a focused partner business plan for your territory.
• Train and enable partner executives and sales teams.
• Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners.
• Influence partner sales teams to prioritize Verkada.
• Lead regional in-person and virtual events for brand awareness.
• Own the full lifecycle of partner engagement.
