Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a field-based trainer/activator to implement programs, tools and sales processes across the PDSN region. You will work with account management to develop learning content, coordinate training logistics, and monitor effectiveness and adoption of new initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience, or equivalent combination.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Implement programs, tools, new products, and sales processes to drive growth through Pella’s go-to-market strategies.
• Develop course materials for learning, coordinate logistics and training programs with the PDSN account management team.
• Recommend training methods and timing to improve effectiveness.
• Gather regional intelligence including competitors and market challenges.
• Communicate with all management levels across PDSN, partners, and Corporate.
• Review HLPs and track KPIs; brief RBM on performance trends.
• Answer branch questions or escalate to RBM as needed.
• Partner with Segment Selling Process Managers to influence Sales Managers for playbook accountability.
