Job summary

Amrize seeks a Head of Regional Performance Maintenance, Cement to oversee maintenance operations across multiple U.S. regions.

You will drive cost leadership and sustainability by implementing maintenance strategies, leading a professional team, and coordinating CAPEX with plant leadership. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in cement maintenance management, international exposure, and a strong engineering background.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience in cement or a similar industrial facility.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects (preferred).
• International working experience (preferred).
• Experience in another industrial sector (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing maintenance strategies.
• Leading a team of maintenance professionals.
• Leveraging Best-Cest Country sourcing strategies to optimize expenditures.
• Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs.
• Managing CAPEX approvals for continuous improvement and accountability across American plant sites.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participating as a plant leadership team member to foster a high-performance culture.
• Providing leadership and technical expertise on maintenance matters.
• Overseeing maintenance department budgets and resources.
• Analyzing overall performance to drive continuous improvement.
