Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Head of Regional Performance Maintenance, Cement to oversee multi-region maintenance operations and drive sustainable plant performance. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop strategies, monitor KPIs, and coordinate CAPEX initiatives to improve efficiency across North American cement sites.

Required are 15+ years in cement maintenance leadership, a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of management experience in cement or similar industrial facility.
• Minimum of 8 years in maintenance management for cement plants.
• International experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
• Approve CAPEX initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to improve efficiency.
