Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent or 5-7 years of equivalent experience
• Additional Education Preferred: Bachelor's degree
• Field of Study Preferred: Industrial Maintenance
• Required Work Experience: 3-5 years of industrial maintenance experience or cement industry experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise mechanical maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability.
• Follow safety standards and environmental regulations within their area.
• Inspect plant equipment systematically and analyze data to initiate maintenance work orders.
• Provide direction to maintenance and purchasing groups on technical purchases and equipment selection.
• Promote and participate in the plant safety program and ensure compliance with PPE requirements.
