Amrize seeks a Head of Regional Performance Maintenance, Cement, to oversee multi-region maintenance operations in the US. You will drive strategies to reach cost leadership and sustainable plant performance, leading a team of maintenance professionals and coordinating with operations, safety, and supply chain functions.
This role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 8+ years of maintenance management in cement or similar industries, with strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in maintenance management (Cement Plant Environment).
- International working experience preferred.
- Experience in another industrial sector preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals.
- Leverage sourcing strategies to optimize expenditures.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs.
- Approve CAPEX initiatives driving improvement across plant sites.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve efficiency.
- Contribute to a high performance plant leadership culture.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise on maintenance matters.
- Oversee maintenance to achieve KPIs and coordinate with internal customers.
- Align maintenance plans to market demand and KPIs.
- Lead major maintenance projects and capital investment recommendations.
- Develop, coach, and train maintenance staff.
